Grassfed Protein Cookies 🍪🐄
Sweet tooth?
Do you ever just crave a cookie? You're locked in but you want that deliciousness of a sweet treat. You don't have to feel guilty for sneaking in cookies anymore or worrying about not getting enough protein.
Made with Khango Pro Grass-Fed Protein Powder, natural peanut butter, and just the right amount of chocolate chips, these are a staple in our family kitchen. We have tried for years to find something that is actually healthy that matches our sweet tooth, and ever we since we launched the protein, we finally found that solution (you also know it tastes good if the kids like it).
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh ground peanut butter
- 1 cup Khango Pro Grass-Fed Protein Powder (vanilla or chocolate, both are amazing!)
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup 100% pure maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips (feel free to eyeball, we always do!)
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, crack in 2 eggs.
- Add maple syrup, coconut sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract to the eggs.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined and smooth.
- Add protein powder, baking soda, and salt to the mixture, stirring as you go.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, distributing them evenly throughout the dough.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded portions onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Enjoy! 🙌
💡 Family Insight: We've tried both vanilla and chocolate flavored Khango Pro, honestly, you can't go wrong with either! Maybe even mix the flavors
